Welcome back, all ye Overwatch Beta hopefuls!  The Cavalry's here once again to talk about stuff in the new year. This week, host Kevin Ellis aka Multizord is joined again by Stephen Parrish (Tankzord), but a new special co-host has appeared! Matt Zornes, aka Slambo is not only the originator of the Zords themselves, but also an Overwatch caster in a group known as The Overcasters!  It just so happens that he also got a ton of Pharah play in, so his input proves extra valuable this episode.

This week's hosts begin with the latest big Blizzard news--Activision-Blizzard has purchased Major League Gaming (MLG) and aspires to start an eSports-centered television station!  An article link about this can be found here:

Next, the crew continues with a discussion on player progression, reacting to last month's Developer Update video with Jeff Kaplan.  If you somehow didn't manage to catch that in the several weeks since it came out, you can watch his beautiful furry face explain things at:

Onto the hero of the week, this time it's Pharah raining justice from above. Considering that the Beta is down, this actually becomes a pretty high level of discussion about Pharah, so enjoy!  She's tons of fun, as Multi is sure to repeat over and over again.

Finally, Community Content shoutout goes out this week to Drawn23, and his reddit post which is an oldie but a goodie:
